Ingredients/condiments
- 500 grams of ground pork

- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 4 tbsp. roasted rice
- Dried chilli, stir-fried cabbage
- Yard long beans, cucumber, basil
How to do it
- Mixed ground pork. Sliced parsley, sliced red onion, larb seasoning powder, fermented fish sauce, cornstarch mix together
- Create into a ball. according to the desired size
- Put larb moo pla ferment into a hot oil pan. Fry until thoroughly cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
