Ingredients
- Mango slices 4-500 grams
- Pla fermented paradise ½ cup
- ¼ cup palm sugar
- 3 tbsp peanuts
- Shallots, sliced 4 tbsp
- 4 tbsp red chilli paste
- 2 tbsp ground paprika
- 1/4 cup roasted dried shrimp meat
- 2 tbsp. pounded dried shrimp meat
- Seasoned crispy fish
How to do it
- Slice/cut the mango thinly. Wash with salt water and set aside to drain.
- Mix palm sugar with Paradise fermented fish sauce until well combined.
- Put light mango. shallot roasted rice Shredded chili, ground chili, dried shrimp, crispy fish, peanuts
- Mix and mix well
