Paradise Mango Salad


  • Mango slices 4-500 grams
  • Pla fermented paradise ½ cup
  • ¼ cup palm sugar
  • 3 tbsp peanuts
  • Shallots, sliced 4 tbsp
  • 4 tbsp red chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp ground paprika
  • 1/4 cup roasted dried shrimp meat
  • 2 tbsp. pounded dried shrimp meat
  • Seasoned crispy fish

How to do it

  1. Slice/cut the mango thinly. Wash with salt water and set aside to drain.
  2. Mix palm sugar with Paradise fermented fish sauce until well combined.
  3. Put light mango. shallot roasted rice Shredded chili, ground chili, dried shrimp, crispy fish, peanuts
  4. Mix and mix well
