Fried Pork with Garlic and Chili

Ingredients

  • Pork neck 800 grams
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbs
  • Real fish sauce, squid brand, yellow cap, 1.5 tbsp.

  • 1 Tbsp. Crispy Flour
  • Crushed garlic 300 g

How to do it

  1. Marine the pork with all the seasonings, knead together. Then add crispy fried flour to mix well enough to combine.
