Fried Egg with Fish Sauce on Rice


  • 4 duck eggs
  • Green squid 2 tbsp
  • Coriander (garnish)
  • Palm oil ½ lb
  • 4 tbsp green squid
  • 4 tbsp green and red chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp sliced garlic
  • Shallots, soi 2 tbsp
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Coriander (garnish)

How to do it

  1. Crack 6 duck eggs into a bowl.
  2. Heat a pan of oil. put duck eggs Wait for the egg whites to begin to cook. The edges are slightly brown.
  3. Pour the green squid on the edge of the pan, whistle evenly, and use the tip of a spatula to crack the eggs.
  4. Pour scrambled eggs with fish sauce over hot steamed rice. Served with chili fish sauce
  5. Mix all chili sauce ingredients together
