Beef Fried Rice with Pickled Eggs

Meat and rice mixture

  • 2 cups of steamed jasmine rice
  • 100 grams of beef fat
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • Premium grade real fish sauce. Himalayan salt formula 1 tbsp.
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh butter, 4 tbsp spring onions

Roasted beef with fish sauce and chili powder

  • 1 piece of sirloin steak
  • Premium grade real fish sauce
  • Himalayan salt formula 1 tbsp

How to do it

  1. Heat the pan, when it’s hot, put the grilled meat in it and fry until fragrant. When the oil comes out, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant. and then put steamed rice
  2. Season with real fish sauce, premium grade. Recipe Himalayan salt, sugar, a little ground black pepper. Then stir until combined. Then add fresh butter and chopped spring onions and stir well. Set aside.
  3. Bring sirloin steak seasoned with real premium grade fish sauce. Himalayan salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper recipe. Then grill on the stove over high heat for 60 seconds on both sides.
  4. Bring the roast beef to rest for 1-2 minutes, then cut into pieces.
  5. Then scoop the rice into a serving bowl. Arrange the grilled meat in a circular layer. Then put the egg yolk pickled fish sauce on top. Then sprinkle a little spring onion for garnishing before serving.
